Just like a musician needs to practice their scales and an Olympian needs to maintain their fitness, an actor too needs to workout. NB You must have started your training with us to be eligible to attend (generally the Intro to Meisner). If you're unsure, get in touch.

About the event
The Actor's Stretch is a regular (and fun!) workout for your acting muscles. Hone your skills and go deeper into the technique and/or yourself by exploring:
- Complex given circumstances
- Exercises and scenes with 3+ people
- Taking direction
- Character choices such as physical impediments, conditions including intoxication or illness, imitations and more
- How to use the technique in rehearsal environments
